Overview
This policy explains what personal information is collected when you use the Punjab Origin website (punjaborigin.com), why it is collected, how it is used, and how you can contact us about it. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The only personal data we collect is submitted voluntarily through the contact form. That form collects:

- Email address
- Your message
By default this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and collects no information passively from visitors. See the section on advertising and analytics below for the optional exception.
2. Advertising & Analytics
From time to time Punjab Origin may enable the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to reach people with relevant promotion. When it is active, the Pixel sets cookies and shares limited event data with Meta Platforms, Inc. — namely page views, when a visitor clicks through to listen to a release, and when an enquiry is sent through the contact form (the message itself is not shared with Meta). When it is not enabled — the default state of this site — no such script loads and no advertising cookies are set. You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta ad settings and your browser's cookie controls.
3. Why We Collect It
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to bookings, press enquiries, and general questions addressed to Punjab Origin. Your details are not used for any other purpose.
4. How Your Data Is Processed
When you submit the contact form, your details are delivered by email to the Punjab Origin team using a server-side email service. A confirmation is also sent to the email address you provide. Your information is not stored in a database on our servers beyond what is retained in standard email inboxes.
5. Retention
Contact enquiries are kept in email for as long as they are needed to fulfil the purpose for which they were sent (for example, to complete a booking or press arrangement). If you would like your information removed sooner, you can request deletion at any time — see the contact details below.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted to us. To make a request, send an email with the subject line "Privacy Request" using the contact form or reach out directly through our social channels. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Links
This site links to streaming platforms and social media services. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we have no control over their practices. We encourage you to review their policies before sharing personal information with them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
